Fruit Pie Recipe

Not only is this pie recipe delicious and easy, it’s also customizable to your favorite fruit! This pie recipe can be used to make a strawberry, peach, or blueberry pie.


  • 4 Cups (1 quart) fresh or dry-pack frozen fruit
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 unbaked pie shell


Wash and dry fruit for pie. If using strawberries or peaches, cut the fruit into slices. Fill an unbaked pie shell with the fruit. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and pour on top of the fruit. Bake pie at 375°F for 45 minutes. The crust should be cooked all the way through and golden brown in color. Remove from oven and allow to cool, then refrigerate. Serve cold for a refreshing treat!
