Once you have received return instructions, please include the following in your return package:

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items and giveaway winnings are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
